Here is a sneak peek into my boring room (okay, not too boring for me, BUT to others it is). Keep in mind I am continually adding more pieces to my room (including my Beatles posters, my re-creation of the vintage sign and another night stand). Suggestions?

Some pops of color will look amazing in your room. Maybe above and behind the bed? Looking forward to seeing the pictures as you progress.
you need new curtains, material drapes that meet in the middle, I'm seeing yellow and white. Have you thought of doing a feature wall? A funky wallpaper print? Also a large mirror with vintage gold frame would be killer above your bed to offset that adorable bed frame you have...is it a vintage find? Also consider a bright rug or a bed footer if you have the space
hmmm can you paint? i love the white bed/furniture look- and there's something subtly sexy about white sheets... but adding some color on the wall will make all that stand out.

I think some lush accent pillows in a pop of color would instantly brighten it up relatively unexpensively. Also a gorgeous throw over the end of the bed would help it look more glamorous ;) The bed side table could use a great accent frame with one of your favorite pics and for your candles find some decorative canisters that have some shine or sparkle to them and pop them down in there, looks more stylish. Ross always has a lot of great canisters or Pier 1. Happy decorating! xoxo

Surprisingly... the bed frame is from Ikea and it was super cheap-try $99. for the entire frame. Extremely easy to put together and just cute as a button. Thanks you girls for the advice. Keep it coming if you have any more ideas.
I love white. I also like a touch of color. I have a powder blue paint on the walls and deep blue sheets. Otherwise, white is everywhere.
