My running is going great,

Quick update:
My little prepping for the 5K is going very well, I even think I'm ready to push it up a few miles, BUT I won't get ahead of myself. I have been at it for three days now, running that is, and I have also been combining my regular strength training. I am overly proud of myself {I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I am proud}. It's a good thing one of my dearest friends, Kasia, is a workout-a-holic and keeps pushing me. I definitely need that extra push. I also decided that not only do I think Jessica Biel has a great body, but Marisa Miller does as well. I'm now changing my fitness role model from Biel to Miller...
Time to really hit the gym!
